Presale Shipping Schedule

Orders placed during our presale are scheduled to ship between October 15 and October 20, 2026.

This window refers to when your order will be dispatched. Delivery timing will depend on your destination, the shipping method selected, and carrier transit times.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

Shipping Destinations and Rates

Available shipping destinations, shipping options, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free shipping promotion is subject to the eligibility requirements stated with that offer.

Order Fulfillment

Orders may be shipped directly by TWNTY SNACKS LLC or through our fulfillment partners. Items fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Delays

If we are unable to dispatch your presale order within the October 15 to October 20, 2026 shipping window, we will notify you of the delay, provide an updated shipping estimate when available, and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped portion for a refund.

Where your consent to a delay is required and is not obtained, we will cancel and promptly refund the affected unshipped items in accordance with applicable law.

Carrier transit estimates may be affected by weather, service disruptions, and other circumstances. These delays do not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping Address and Order Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to correct your address or request an order change, email info@twntysnacks.com as soon as possible with your order number and the updated information.

Changes may no longer be possible once your order has entered fulfillment or shipped. Any proposed additional charge for an address change or redelivery will be communicated for your approval.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, is missing an item, or has not arrived as expected, please contact info@twntysnacks.com.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. Where available, photos of the product and packaging may help us investigate.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members or your building’s reception and contact us for assistance.
