OUR STORY

it started with a collapse.

When I was 15, my body gave out without warning. After months of tests and uncertainty, I was diagnosed with vasovagal syncope, a condition connected to sudden drops in blood pressure, often triggered by stress and poor nourishment.

That experience changed the way I understood food. It stopped being something casual and became directly tied to how stable I felt, how much energy I had, and whether I could get through the day feeling like myself.

The moment everything changed

I learned earlier than most that what you put in your body matters far more than people realize.

Why I started making my own

Most healthy snacks were filled with hidden ingredients, seed oils, artificial additives, and protein sources that left me feeling bloated or depleted.

How TWNTY was born

I started prepping my own protein bites before trips and long workdays. That habit became TWNTY, 20g of protein in one honest snack.
